Justin Fields vs Bryce Young
damaged goods vs soon to be damaged goods
let's get some group therapy going at halftime, or at least get new management

Jimbo Fisher is not as bad as our fans with pitchforks and torches make out, but I’m ambivalent because what he is bad at really grates on my nerves. I hate coaches who are dumb. I mean, I can handle somewhat the typical dumb meathead stuff like stupid play calls, but like completely being unable to understand when to call a timeout or when to go for it and not punt, and wvery year goes by seems to bring Jimbo closer to like Bill O’Brien as the dumbest motherfucker to watch make those decisions.

I'd happily take him to replace Stoops

Getting paid $75 million to do nothing doesn’t seem dumb to me. Seems like the dumb ones are Texas A&M administration.

Duh. The Chancellor of the Texas A&M University System (notably absent from news, press releases, and press conferences yesterday I might add) John Sharp, who was the primary grinning idiot who fielded all the questions when Jimbo was hired and gave Fisher a mock NCAA Championship trophy (you know, the ones that the NCAA famously does NOT give for football because the NCAA doesn't run the football postseason?) with a blank future date on it. Back when we hired fisher, the Houston Chronicle asked Sharp is he was concerned with the 10 year length of Fisher's contract and the idiot joked that it was only 10 years because we couldn't get Fisher to agree to 15 years.

I bet Fisher would've agreed to 15...

I guess Jimbo gets the $75M even if he gets another coaching job; so, theoretically, he could get an assistant or head coaching job with another SEC school, beat A&M while getting paid more by them than the new school that hired him to beat them.
...but that's far-fetched, right?
