Oh well, at least they made the FF. Did they put up a banner in Rupp for that?

I'll let Crotch bite on that one
Well, I've always been much more of a glass half full type of fan (for example, I still honestly believe UNC can make the FF this year, or rather, I don't honestly believe it, but I do have hope), whereas I know UK fans for the most part are glass half empty (or less), unless it's a total undisputed juggernaut team like the Anthony Davis squad. Maybe I should've said that if all the players on UK's team were actually on Carolina's team, with the exact same record and losses to similar teams, I would be thinking that we definitely could make a FF run...

"Man, Tom Crean always looks like he's been burned to a crisp in a tanning booth. Is he trying to be like Tan Tom Penders?"

He kinda looks like a skinny, befuddled Tom Arnold in the picture...

LMAO at Hedge. That is pretty funny.

As far as Tucky fan saying something about that Crean pic, at least we didn't have a coach run away like a little bitch from a reporter.

In 22 minutes Bama plays LSU. Grant should probably be fired like Barbee, but I think he keeps his job for another year.

Indiana offered their job to that same coach but got turned down before they hired Sampson.

Anthony Grant could be most of the current coaches in a game of 21. So, at least there's that going for him.

Hopefully A&M hires Bruce Pearl.

I want Gregg Marshall. I wanted him when he was at Winthrop and we had Gottfried.

Did Pearl turn down Auburn?

I think Pearl should go to Bama.

I would be very optimistic if I were a UNC fan right now.

Its Florida and everyone else and Florida is very beatable

Why do you think he should go to Bama, eCat?

Because Bama fans like basketball better than Auburn, and Pearl could co-exist with Saban just like he did at UT with Summit and whoever was their football coach.

Pearl would have Bama in the top 25 his second year.

Not sure how comfortable he is getting deeper in the south to live though.

A&M set us up. The Administration had a party the minute that nutcase got a plane for Lexington.

Well, I'd certainly be open to it. Right now I am ABG (Anyone But Grant).

The sad fact is that we probably won't fire him this year. If we do, $5MM buyout. If we wait until next year, the buyout drops to $500k. And since it's basketball, Battle will think it's fine to save the cash and keep him.

I'm betting Pearl gets a job by end of April. Tom Crean will be available next year

There is no reason why Bama can't get a coach that has done what Donovan has done at Florida.

I'm at a loss as to what happened with Grant. I expected bigger things from him and he's just fallen off badly.

Grant has just completed his 5th season at Bama. He is 99-70 and has only been to one NCAA game. When you watch him coach, it's like he's mailing it in.
