I'm pretty sure the Smashing Pumpkins were at least playing local gigs in the late 1980's, and that their rawest, lamest song would put Billy Corgan ahead of any of those four. But within the parameters you cite, I"d say you have the order correct...

Billy Ocean should never be ranked ahead of anyone at anytime.

Family Guy was good but I thought the Cleveland Show this week hit a homerun. Best one I've seen from them in long time.

Waderman?
I thought it was good but not one of the top 5 Cleveland shows.
I've been trying to get into Bob's Burgers but I can't. There are some moments when that show is really funny but it seems to drag on and on about the same topic sometimes. Family Guy has the perfect pace for my somewhat ADD approach to watching TV.

I just thought the jokes with the Comic Con stuff and Robert Rodriguez was really funny.
I like Bob's Burgers - the kids make the show. The boy kills me.
Loved this moment:

If they ever do a Simpsons real live actor movie, I am SOOOO going out for CBG or Barney. I think I can do either of them quite well.
