Overall Spurrier's done an amazing job at Carolina, but it's really incredible how awful his quarterbacks have been.

That IS incredible considering that Spurrier won a Heisman at QB and coached some great QB's at UF.

I like Carolina too. I follow them. It's my favorite state and they do have Spurrier who I love. I hope the Gators kick their asses every time but I do keep up.

South Carolina became a state on May 23, 1788 (8th State). North Carolina became a state on November 21, 1789 (12th State).
Carolina was first and does not need a directional qualifier like its effete cousins to the north.

A better insult would have been 'Alabama is east Mississippi' - especially when you consider the boundaries of the old Mississippi Territory.
Revise, resubmit.

No border of Alabama currently touches a border of Arkansas.

Not having a big, go-to receiver will be this team's downfall. If they still had Alshon, this would be a legitimate Top 10 team with an outside chance of upsetting Bama in Atlanta with a few fortuitous bounces.

Well, there were two qualifiers. First, it's an "outside chance," and, second, I said "with a few fortuitous bounces."
Do, I think that it would happen? No, but would it be outside the realm of reasonable possibility? No.
Please, Saban, don't come to my home tonight and take my life as punishment for my transgressions.
