1) the owners are colluding
2) the second Snyder thinks that ownership finally has enough votes to force the sale without Snyder’s input, Snyder will move for Jackson for a long term with obscene guaranteed money to further upset the market (and thus the owners) and hamper the franchise long term

He's worth more and he knows is, and is willing to put his money where his mouth is. Love it. Could easily be the second best qb in the league behind Mahomes, and there is a chance he could even be #1. Wait till he gets on a good team with a top tier receiver or two.
