96 month gas prices: http://gasbuddy.com/gb_retail_price_chart.aspx

highest month: July 2008, lowest: December 2008.

multiple factors but looks like a precipitous drop as the economy crashed and a rise as the economy improved.

The deficit has decreased in the past 5 years.

Hillary might be the nominee as long as nobody more inspiring or appealing shows up.

And whoever wins the Dem nominee is, he/she/it will probably win the general. The R's are poised to do what they always do: 1.) The Establishment will decide the nominee (maybe they already have) that they trust to advance their corporatist agenda, and isn't someone they regard as a Bible thumping Tea Partier 2.) They will unleash waves of cash to drown any conservative opponents to their guy in the primaries 3.) Their man will be the last man standing, but the religious and tea partiers will see the middle finger pointed at them, again. And the conservative base of the GOP won't show up on Election Day, again. 3.) The Dem's will win, again.

7.5%+ unemployment is normal, no need for 60 Minutes/20/20/Today Show/NYT to explore.

$3.50/gal gas is normal, has no effect on small business, the poor, minorities, or wimmen.

Gov't insurance/Obammercare will reduce the deficit, even though no one understands it, but even dems say it's a "trainwreck"

Dead/abandoned Americans in Benghazi is no big deal.....lying repeatedly about it, even less.

Part time jobs, while scarce, are the linchpin to a new roaring economy.

......that's funny.
Its not funny. Its disgusting.

And the fact that the Democratic Party is able to successfully scare every GOP Congressman into NOT identifying the problem in Detroit (problem = 4% of Detroit 4th graders reading at 4th grade level, 47% Detroit illiteracy rate, 80% of Detroit children born as bastards) for fear that any GOP politician mentioning these things would be labeled a "racist" (and would then not win re-election in November) in chilling. Un-nerving. Frightening actually that so many moderate voters (who play kingmaker) have been proven to be such low information voters.

The Democratic Party has been able to re-frame every political issue (where THEY are argung the LOSING side) as an issue that is completely out of bounds and merely mentioning it means you lose your job. That is how limp-wristed our society has become.

We are no longer deserving of a President or self-rule. We are too stupid for self-rule. We need someone who cannot be fired that will make the tough decisions because they are in the best interest of his people. We need a King.

Most conservatives are secret Tories, but you don't want a King. You want a Führer.

The Federal Reserve said Wednesday that the U.S. economy is growing only modestly, a downgrade from its June assessment. The Fed expects growth will pick up in the second half of the year, but the more cautious message may be a signal that it's not ready to slow its bond purchases soon.

The gap between rich and poor is growing at it's fastest rate....ever.

Love that map, which shows the apocalyptic devastation caused by man-made global warming (which, BTW, stopped 16 years ago, but I digress.)

First, he doesn't think women should vote, serve on juries, be doctors, etc. Now he wants to scrap democracy and return to monarchy. (Actually, he wants a male-only monarchy. Can't leave the door open to the dangerous possibility of a queen, after all.)

IB never ceases to amaze.

The last (and only) President who ordered the creation of United States concentration camps (for the purpose of unConstitutionally encamping innocent Americans) was a 4-time elected leftist, from Poughkeepsie New York. But you and I will be damned before we ever hear even one Democrat today condemn FDR for such an action. And so it goes with your un-thinking, DNC, Führer talking point.

I am not saying we need to put the residents of Detroit in a concentration camp. But I am saying something that you are functionally incapable of saying: an almost sheer voting majority of illiterate people who breed at an eighty percent bastard rate are not responsible enough for local self-governance.

That's the problem with Detroit J.D. Fat chance you'll ever hear any GOP elected official say what is so plainly obvious for fear that people like you might label them a Führer. And I was able to say this without labeling you at all, imagine that.

First, comparing Nazi=era concentration camps to the Japanese American internment camps during WWII is a bit much. More importantly, the policy has roundly been criticized; to the point where reparations were given to people who were placed in the camps. (first looked at by Carter, then passed by Congress and signed by Reagan). Don't let facts get in the way of a good rant though.
