Either he takes a huge cut or he's gone. Good player but running backs ain't worth what the used to get. Especially in the Bengals offense.

article I read says Bengals are in play for Zeke. He was arguably the worst starting RB but he was hurt most of the time.
I would actually prefer they get a young stud but I'm sure Zeke isn't going to command much money. Texans are most likely landing spot from what I've read

Because the Browns and Broncos have crippled their future with their outrageous contracts at the quarterback position. If you were an owner you wouldn't sign anyone for that amount either.

The Browns will be paying Watson 64 mil in 24. Nobody wants that. Baltimore has no idea what to offer him. They tagged him but not exclusively so they can let others decide what he's worth. Then, they'll match it. Maybe. The Watson contract is simply another Cleveland disaster. Nobody follows what Cleveland does.
