So the San Bernardino guy had two phones. He physically destroyed his personal cell phone prior to the crime along with other personal computers and hard drives. So what are we doing here? The guy didnt destroy his work phone because there is nothing on it, this is just a PR/legal ploy by the FBI to use a high profile terrosism case to make Apple continue to give aid to law enforcement in future cases. If the guy destroyed a bunch of incriminating data, including a different phone the FBI knows they aren't going to get anything off of this phone.

The only reason Apple has that level of encryption is that so men will feel safe downloading porn to their phones without their wives, girlfriends, mothers, etc. getting to it.

People are funny about red meat, though. Even though the research cholesterol is spotty, at best. Especially if it's lean red meat. Not to mention the fact that the LDL, HDL, cardiac index numbers have been shown to be wrong.
