The OSU kicker, Noah Ruggles, used to play for Carolina. I wonder if he's ever introduced himself to chicks by saying "Hi, I'm Ruggles!" in the same voice as that fabric softener teddy bear said "Hi, I'm Snuggles!"

Well done Penn State.
Being third best in the B1G-T(14soon2be16)N is really good, at least this year it was.

I fear the worst for Hamlin given the Bills coach's demeanor before the suspension

local Fox reporter has said he had a pulse but was not breathing on his own when the ambulance left the stadium.
He needed AED and CPR on the field

Looks like they're going to postpone.

That game was postponed/canceled way before Goodell made any decision. I'm not faulting Goodell or the NFL, if word had come down that Hamil was in stable condition and very likely to be OK, maybe they would've played it out. But the coaches and players knew, and that's when the decision was made, not when Goodell or anybody else said so...

this was a huge game
Not sure how they will handle it -both teams needed a win for playoff position
AFC North title
Bengals (11-4) clinch with: win/tie vs. Bills OR win vs. Ravens
Bills clinch with any of the following:
2 wins
Win at Bengals + Chiefs loss
Win vs. Patriots + Chiefs and Bengals lose in Week 18
Bengals clinch with any of the following:
2 wins + Chiefs loss
Chiefs clinch with any of the following:
Win + 1 Bills loss
2 Bills losses + Bengals loss

I posted this on IC an hour and a half ago:
I think the players and coaches made the decision way before Goodell did, and it wouldn't have mattered what decision Goodell had made after that. In fairness, though, if they had gotten word that Hamlin was stable and very likely to be OK, maybe they would've continued play. None of that matters now though. Hope the young man pulls thru...

If worse comes to worst, just move the playoffs back a week and let the Bengals and Bills replay their game in a couple weeks. Single game a week before the playoffs. If Hamlin doesn't pull thru, I don't know what you do...

That game was over as soon as those guys saw their brother getting CPR on the field…

Exactly Dave. That's when I started planning my drive home. Without the CPR & him at least moving or a thumbs up, no way they were playing. Sad night.
