I figured they'd start dropping this afternoon. I don't see them going back up. LA is a fickle town.

Game should be off the hook. Could go either way. One team has O-line issues, the other QB issues. One is an elite D with a few injuries, the other D is not elite but they have a HoF pass rush. There's no way to predict this one. Just enjoy what could be the best SB ever in the already greatest playoffs ever.

Just came back from the local brewery, which charges too much for their takeout beer (but I buy it anyway just to support them b/c I like having a brewery in town and they do make good beer), as usual I bought three 4-packs of their 16 oz. beers, either $14 or $16 per 4-pack, the girl at the counter said they were having a Super Bowl special, six 4-packs for $56. So I basically got another three 4-packs for $8. I actually bought another six 4-packs of the one I liked best, it's a triple bock, 10.5% alcohol (and good), which is basically like getting twice as much regular strength beer in terms of pure alcohol. It was a pretty good value for my alcohol dollar...

I just got a rack of pork ribs, 16 buffalo wings, and beef dogs in my electric smoker. Made home made potato salad last night. I just filled all the celery sticks with spray cheese. Wife is making the 7 layer bean dip, daughter is making desert. Life is sweet, enjoy the game.

I’ve got a headache and a cold. The massive swings in weather are killing me, and I doubt smoking two Churchill sized cohibas on the course yesterday helped my sinuses any. We aren’t going to the neighbors’ party this year because I feel like crap and we both have too much work shit going on this week for which we need to prep tonight.

However, I have some legs and thighs brining in a mixture of pickle juice, water and Texas Pete. I will batter / wash them in egg batter with a little bit more Texas Pete, sprinkle a mixture of salt, pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder and flakes of crushed pork rinds (you don’t taste the pork rinds when cooked, it’s for texture) and then cook in the air fryer. The air fryer makes pretty doggone good “fried chicken” in terms of moist meat and crispy skin. I’m just working on the seasoning aspect now.

that seems like there is a lot of math in this post

I just got back from Nashville yesterday living off junk food for 10 days so we're having salmon tonight. No superbowl food

Shitfire, you Bungles turds are finally going to win a Super Bowl. It's been 31 years for me but I still remember it felt good.

Well, maybe not for the Bengals. I had to turn that shit off on the final Rams drive. I have hardly watched the NFL for the past 7-8 years, maybe longer. I keep saying I'll never watch it again but holy fuck! This is what people think the NFL is supposed to be now?! It's fucking unwatchable with all the bullshit penalties and shitty tackling. What the fuck has happened to this goddamn country?

I thought the Rams would win. I wanted Cinci to win, but it didn't happen. I hope they are it back quick before he Brown family fucks it up for everyone.

A Stan Kroenke team winning a championship is hilarious given his previous ineptitude and continuing ineptitude with Arsenal.

I knew it was over when the Bengals ran that 4th down from the shotgun. Great game though, obvious facemask TD notwithstanding. Rams won when they decided to finally force the ball into Kupp’s hands starting with that 4th down run.

Hated how it ended. Let them play, but it was fun. All year. The future looks bright.

Hey, making it to the SuperBowl is a great year. Just need to get the new GOAT an offensive line.

I have a feeling FA offensive line men saw last night and will want to play for him. At least I hope.
