Either you misunderstood the article or you are purposely being deceitful. The family planning facilities receiving money will not be abortion providers. Having an additional 24,000 kids is a good thing. They are not changing their mind on abortion services. They realized they had to pump more money in providing for care for the addition of all these children.

I was sitting at a bar last night and overheard some dude telling his friend that Victor Hugo had died. Then he quickly "corrected" himself and said "No, that's Caesar Chavez". I thought, "Damn, news travels fast around here"...

In its bid to make the sequester as painful as possible, the White House announced Tuesday that it is canceling all visitor tours of the White House "during the popular Spring touring season." This fits President Obama's political strategy to punish the eighth graders visiting from Illinois instead of, say, the employees of the Agriculture Department who will attend a California conference sipping "exceptional local wines" and sampling "tasty dishes" prepared by "special guest chefs."
Yes, even as the White House warns that the modest automatic spending cuts will force the furlough of meat inspectors, two divisions of the Agriculture Department will underwrite the 26th California Small Farm Conference in Fresno next week.
The event will feature USDA speakers, field trips, a banquet and a tasting reception, according to the conference website. Conference organizers promise the tasting will be a "mouthwatering event" featuring "fine wines and exceptional micro-brews paired with seasonally driven culinary delicacies."

We may never see below-7% unemployment in our lifetime again now that American business has found that it can produce a whole lot more goods and services with a oh-so-leaner workforce. Yessir, production up up up, payroll and benefits down down down - and the markets are setting daily highs. A GOP wetdream dontcha know.
RIP comrade Chavez!!!@@!!

Fuckemandfeedemfisheads......tick said 7% was the new norm.
The number of Americans designated as "not in the labor force" in February was 89,304,000, a record high, up from 89,008,000 in January, according to the Department of Labor. This means that the number of Americans not in the labor force increased 296,000 between January and February.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) labels people who are unemployed and no longer looking for work as “not in the labor force,” including people who have retired on schedule, taken early retirement, or simply given up looking for work.
The increase marks the second month in a row, after rising in January from 88.8 million in December. Those not in the labor force had declined in December from 88.9 million in November.

Sturdy Job Gains Bright Sign for Economy (Reuters - March 8 2013)
Washington - U.S. employers added a greater-than-expected 236,000 workers to their payrolls in February and the jobless rate fell to a four-year low, offering a bright signal on the economy's health.
toe, didn't mean to take away from your strong numbers wrt retired persons in the U.S. - meaning more retirees as we live longer into old age than ever before (good news, at least for those who refuse to kick the bucket)
