I wouldn't mind if this UK teams loses early to some good teams. Their achilles heel is going to be playing hard for 40 minutes. They need to know they have the talent, but coaches like Izzo, Pitino and even Donovan can beat you if you expect to just show up and get the W.

That would be a tough lesson to learn in March.

The 2012 team had Darius Miller - he wasn't going to let that happen. This team doesn't have a Miller. They have Poythress - the "anti-Miller". I am also happy that Wiltjer is gone. Nice kid, questionable work ethic

Doubt Poythress will get much playing time over Young. The kid just doesn't seem to want to be the force he could be. Could be an asset coming off the bench though. Any NBA team wanting to draft this kid is crazy.

Kentucky will NOT go 40-0. Michigan St, Loserville and the possibly the heels are my predicted L's. Can also see an L in the SEC tourney. Team too young and inexperienced to run the table. #9 is attainable but will not be easy.

2 things stuck out to me...

1. Why am I not surprised the person who fired the most shots was a Harrison? ...and related
2. Why is there only one Harrison listed in the box score?

The Harrison that played was the SG. The other Hassison sat out due to a bruised knee.
