No as per usual you try to change the subject. You said cars were NOT private property.
Pants on fire again (it's getting old) . How would your car not be your private property?

So are you saying that the police have the right to search your car without your permission without cause just because you are on a state owned highway?
A tax-payer funded state-owned highway has nothing to do with a private citizen or a business's right to prohibit someone from bringing a firearm onto their soil or pavement. How you make that leap is exactly why arguing with you is pointless.
It has long been held that the car was private property regardless of where it is sitting, once you step out of the car you are then on the other property.
LOL If that were true, we wouldn't be going through this nonsense and the matter would have already been settled in your gun-trumps-all favor.
Property rights go to wherever you own property, but by the same token the car owner owns the car and what's inside it. That's why they can't search your car without permission or probable cause.
Again, this isn't an issue of illegal search and seizure. :::sigh:::
The guns in parking lots bill only makes sure that same thing holds true with regards to guns just like it does for anything else. The inside of the car is the private property of the car owner, the land is the private property of the land owner. Both peoples private property rights are upheld, the car owner can't get his gun out of the car without permission from the land owner and the land owner can't tell the car owner what can or can't be in his car.
None of that gibberish is true. The bill eliminates legal penalties for guns in cars of HCP holders, but it clearly states an employer can enforce the no-guns ban with termination. In fact some are calling it the "Brought a Gun Lost a Job" bill. heh
Here you are mr. "pants on fire".

First you say it is a leap to claim that you have a right to decide what is in your car, then your direct quote when I said your car was private property you said "if that were true" meaning your opinion was that it was not true that the car is private property.

So again do you think that the parking lot owners have the right to search your car at will without your permission or do you believe that the car is private property? It's a simple question that it seems like you are struggling with. On one hand you don't think it's private property, but when called on it you now act like you always thought it was private property.

Which is it? Is the car private property or not in your opinion?

26 executive orders is way low. Obama has issued hundreds like every other president.
Sure, I could have stayed in the past. I could have even been king. But in my own way, I am king.

You imbecile, "my LOL if that were true" pertained to the second part of your statement - "once you step out of the car you are on the other property". Is your jacket (and the gun in the inside pocket) not your private property? Did your private property coat or jacket stop becoming your private property as soon as you got out of your private property car? Answer me that one, please.

It's awesome, the economy is strong enough to take on even more government spending cuts.

If you think the market is reflective of the overall health of the economy, you're clueless. Businesses are making record profits, though.

Texas Republicans cut money to family planning. Then get estimates that the number of births will increase by 24,000, costing taxpayers an extra $270 million in medical expenses. So they (very quietly) restore money to family planning, calling it "women's health services" to avoid using dirty words.
