If it is on lifehacker, I would say it is a safe bet. May have to run Chrome or Firefox but honestly didn't read into the details of which browser they were testing with.

Not sure how many of you guys ever step inside a gym, but if I can impart any wisdom on those who enjoy the art of marital relations - or some facsimile of - I have three words for you:

Kettle Bell Swings

That, and any small amount of tricep work, will change your world...and your wife's.

Will take note of that.

And Rat - Don't hate on my slick IT skills son. Not my fault your lazy ass can't scroll past political posts by your groups / friends. Nut up and mouse wheel down or kindly STFU.

True...at first. But, if a muscle is extremely taxed during a workout, it means it has not been used properly, or not at all, in everyday life. That's why I'm tossing a full on recommendation to add them to your life. It really makes a big difference.

The MIF goes to kettle bell class about 3 times a week. I tried it a couple of times, didn't get much out of it. I'm into yoga these days...

It was kinda funny that Stu came down to the beach in a too small, threadbare t-shirt that emphasized his bloated corpus (indeed, he seemed proud of it), to the point that children ran screaming and crying, confused and terrified by the lumbering mass of flesh that encroached upon them, and yet tried to claim that I was fat, once again proving the age-hollowed adage: We criticize in others what we most despise about ourselves. FWIW, I scaled out at 196 this weekend at the Y, a place I am familiar with, as I am there several times a week. And although Stu claims he became a member months ago, I doubt he's been in there once...

Why are you so jealous of Stus success?
