Speaking of old, I haven't read Stu in awhile. I trust he is okay.

Heh, tbh Hedge, I don't wear glasses. Odd story though... abou 15 years ago, I did begin wearing glasses because of nearsightedness but when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 3 years ago, my eyesight went back to normal. Don't need them anymore. Go figure.

Diabetes will take your feet and your eyesight. Count on it.

Me and Logan just went to his house, he's fine. He's been busy preparing the high school football preview and reporting on opening weekend. And being bitter about his lot in life...

Also, are you going to Columbia for the game?

Did the kid's father get a high paying university job he wasn't qualified for just before the decision was announced?

That actually happened at Ohio State but on the female side so it doesn't matter.

In non-UK college basketball news, Florida State’s Xavier Rathan-Mayes was ruled ineligible for the upcoming season on Monday. The former Huntington Prep star and teammate of Andrew Wiggins was deemed ineligible due to coursework he took in high school and CBSSports.com is hearing it’s a full year of credits at Christian Faith Center Academy in North Carolina that cost him his eligibility. The school was under investigation early this year after a group of Canadian prep stars claimed Ro Russell, a controversial AAU coach, made up documents for them to enter the U.S. and enrolled them in classes he knew the NCAA wouldn’t accept. Andrew Wiggins also attended the make-believe school for a semester, FYI.
