Ohio State OWNS Harbaugh. I don't think he's ever beaten them. Actually, I am shocked he hasn't been fired yet.
Will this be the year Harbaugh beats them? I think they are in Ann Arbor. I don't think it will make any difference, I expect the Buckeyes will just out-athlete Michigan. Either way, all the 5th wheel trailers and RVs are probably pulling into the parking lot early this morning and there they will sit for 36 hours.
Winner plays Wisconsin (most likely) in the B1G-T(14)N championship (assuming Wisconsin wins this weekend.)
In a shocking development, IB was wrong on multiple counts.

Yup, Michigan will be playing Iowa. Very surprised. Well done gentlemen, well done Harbaugh. Talent, so sorry.
In watching the game, watching Ohio State complete all those miraculous 4th down attempts with pure athleticism, it was pretty obvious to me that Ohio State's entire game plan vs the Wolverines was just out-athlete them. What Ryan Day didn't consider is that Michigan could actually "stay-on-the-field" and exhaust his defensive line such that they were completely useless by mid-3rd quarter. His defensive linemen, their hands never left their hips while they were standing there.
I don't remember watching any punts in the second half. I'm too lazy to go look it up but I don't think Michigan or Ohio State punted all that much. Michigan just over-powered Ohio State's wasted defensive line and Ohio State wide receivers just out-athleted the Michigan secondary on miraculous 4th down completions. But the Buckeyes could never catch Michigan because they just could not force a 3-and-out, and that was the way Ohio State won all their games this year.

It was always, and always is about who wins the ground game between those two.

Agreed. I was just so used to seeing Ohio State win I didn't think I'd ever see Harbaugh beat them. Now Harbaugh really has to deliver vs Iowa or the alumni will have him killed if Michigan misses their first playoff appearance.

I like Mark Stoops, he's a good fit for Kentucky, but even with one of the best teams he's had, he is still 0'fer against SEC teams that are above .500, so really he's elevated UK to mid tier of the SEC - not a doormat by any stretch but not any contender to compete against Georgia or Bama.
So does Oklahoma really want to pay him $7m+ to get him as their coach to replace Riley?
He has been demanding upgrades at Kentucky for awhile now and they haven't moved quickly to do much about it so he may think the grass is greener. He could have a great team next year if he can replace the offensive linemen that are leaving.

Losing the OL is a bit of an issue to say the least...
I'm sure big brother Bob is doing his utmost to help Mark out with OU.

It'll be a lot easier for Stoops to make the final 4 at Oklahoma.
