Bought it today. I have my hobby for the next 5 years. I"m glad I didn't buy the original piece - it was nice with these huge rock formations - one is about 18 feet in the air and is so big the buyer is going to build a cabin on top of it - but I wouldn't have been happy with it. The piece I bought has some clear boundaries with a power line easement lining the back piece of the property and a road marking one side. The easement goes straight into the park so we'll always have about a 70 foot wide path cleared for park access. I also have a small creek going thru mine and a cleared out site location next to it about 200 feet from the road.

Already been invited to a 300 person pig roast next month complete with moonshine. I'm with my peeps.

I'm pretty excited to have it.

Congrats eCat.... sorta looks like the area behind my house. Most of Eastern and Southeastern Kentucky looks similar to that pic. No doubt thrilled for a city slicker to have a place like that to retreat to..

its just a small chunk of land so its nothing major but the trick in that neck of the woods is finding level land. This is flat enough to build two homesites on if we wanted.

I'm going to go to that pig roast just to meet the people that live there.

A Kentucky fan has fed PP some great info and then passed it to media outlets. We thank you. It's nice to have allies. It looks like this dude has some connections with some U*NC dentist, one of which is on staff at the dental school (guess where Tami Handjobblow worked) and he is providing cars and drugs to U*NC athletes. First he claims he doesnt know any U*NC athletes but there's picture of him with Henson and others all over the interweb, then come to find out PJ has driven a car rented by him more than once.
