so Starbucks has teamed up with Arizona St University to offer a deeply discounted college education to any of its employees.
I know, ASU doesn't have the best reputation but its still an accredited college and Starbucks is doing something I'd like to see other companies do.
ASU offers a comprehensive online program where Starbucks employees don't have to set foot on campus to get a real degree. Starbucks has negotiated with ASU to provide the first 2 years as a discounted price for employees. Employees who complete the first 2 years, get the second 2 years paid for by Starbucks.
So for about 1/3 of the price of a college degree, Starbucks employees can improve their life.
Without knowing all the details, on paper this sounds like an amazing deal to me. I'd love to see Wal-Mart, Subway and other entrenched franchises do this for their employees.

Yep...on paper that sounds excellent. I hope it bears out to be true.

"ASU offers a comprehensive online program where Starbucks employees don't have to set foot on campus to get a real degree."
And yet UNC is getting slammed for doing the same thing...

He's admitted that after 9/11 too.
I remember that Clinton declined a tomahawk missile attack similar to what we did on Ghadaffi - I don't remember why but that was talked about for awhile in the news.

Are you talking about on OBL?
He didn't pull the trigger, if I remember correctly, because there were reports children were there at the location and that he was dealing with the impeachment shit and did not want to be accused of wagging the dog.

That's my question. If you were President and had the opportunity to take out a high ranking terrorist, but it would put civilians in harms way, would you pull the trigger.

Different question pre-9/11 than today. Or, it's an easier question to answer today than it was pre-9/11.

If I could take out a terrorist with 10ac as collateral damage, I would definitely do it. Actually, I'd pull the trigger on killing an innocent person if 10ac would also die...

when Fox News is dogging you, its time for Israel to pull back and re -evaluate.
Killing 150 innocents for 3 soldiers dead from battleground fighting isn't going to win you many points in the international arena
