Why did baseball take such a precipitous fall in your rankings? I mean, I can see it sliding from #1 to #2 or #3, but now it's in last place? What happened man?

As you get old you realize it's as slow as you are.

I still like to watch a ballgame, but how much of it I actually watch during a regular season has greatly changed since baseball used to sometimes be the only thing worthwhile that you could put on the TV on any given evening. But now I have so many fucking choices that I sit on the Netflix/Hulu/Disney/HBO/etc menus scrolling through everything for an hour because maybe I'll want to watch the next thing even more than what I could click on and watch now.

So in other words people love baseball unless you give them the possibility of literally any other choice...

Basically.
Baseball can only be watched in full if you are actually there. On tv sucks.

People acting like the Bengals are drafting well because they are addressing needs. Bitch. They need everything.

Except for last season, I watch 3-4 Red Sox games per week. I couldn't get into it like normal last year. I sat through 2012, 2014 and 2015, but I couldn't get into last season for some reason. However, I should note that unless it is a big game, I am usually dealing with my daughter, doing work and/or watching something on the iPad (sometimes another sporting event) when I have the Sox game on.
I will schedule just about anything around a UNC football game /big OOC basketball/conference/tournament basketball game. I rarely miss Liverpool matches, and I watch most WFT games during the NFL regular season. However, absent Carolina games, Liverpool matches or big post season games, it's rare that I not do something else while watching a game.

Damn, I hope you're doing something else while watching all those game, else you wouldn't have time to do anything. 4 baseball games a week, most Carolina football and basketball games (which I applaud you for), 18 pro football games and however many matches Liverpool is in (and just how many is that?). That's a lot of sports watching...

They'd rather have cardboard cutouts.

DS watches at least 32 NFL games a year just with his Cowboys & Redskins alone. Not to mention the prime time games. Anyone who watches kickball is a loser.

I still love baseball. Cincinnati Reds home or on the road, win or lose. I can't get enough of it. Getting ready to go to todays game against the Cubs as I speak.
