believe it or not its rare for me to lose my cool with anyone. The last time I unloaded on someone was years ago and that was on the phone to a credit card company that fucked up my credit and lied to me about it.

the story isn't worth telling really - this kid thought that if an item was on clearance then I shouldn't be upset that I got a display model in a box missing all the parts that made it non-functional.

somewhere in the midst of my 3rd trip back to the store I explained to him the difference between clearance and "as is" , fuck that noise and him not being smart enough to poor piss out of a warm boot.
