It's not like UNC has ever lost to a 16 seed. So, there's that and the six NCAA national championships and the plethora of other records Carolina holds.

Unlike UVA, 2002, 2003, 2010 and 2020 are aberrations for Carolina whereas 18 of the previous 40 seasons included either a losing season, NIT appearance or CBI appearance for UVa...
I proudly took AFAM 040 at Carolina.
