Hungry for more college basketball, but the NCAA doesn't resume until Thursday? We have the answer!
Three exciting NIT games tonight and one tomorrow (all times central):
6pm tonight: Robert Morris travels to Providence
8pm tonight: BYU hosts Mercer
9pm tonight: LaTech travels to Southern Miss
6pm tomorrow: Alabama hosts Maryland
6pm Wednesday: Iowa travels to Virginia
I don't see the Kentucky game on that schedule?? When do they play?

I like Grant, but he has not lived up to expectations at Bama. He's in his 4th season and has yet to win a NCAA tourney game. And he makes $2 million/year.
1st year: no tourney of any kind
2nd year: lost NIT championship game
3rd year: lost to Creighton in the opening round
4th year: currently in NIT tourney
You would fire Tubby and try and get Grant? Not sure i understand that cunning play.

Tubby was referred to as "the highest paid state employee" more than he was the coach of Minnesota. That tells you what you need to know about where Minnesota is going with this.

Her friend left late Saturday to avoid the storm back to Chicago. I told her after her friend left. Wasn't gonna ruin the time spent. Mom knows now. Her choice.

BYU-Mercer with 11 minutes left. Looks like the Mormons may hold on. Southern Miss-LaTech has tipped (ESPNU).

I am surprised my sister allowed you to post. I am sure you are squirreled away in some corner looking over your shoulder hoping that she doesn't find you while having the remote set so that you can hit "LAST" to get the television back to HGTV as soon as you hear her coming.
that's some pretty fine smackdown, DS. your work shows a maturity.

thanks for the NIT updates, AA. Seriously. I wouldn't bother to look them up elsewhere. Now I feel like I'm in the know!
Chad Ford has Noel back at #1 on the NBA draft board. That I can understand. Ford ranks the rest of Kentucky’s freshmen. Willie Cauley-Stein comes in at #18, followed by Alex Poythress and Archie Goodwin at #20 and #21 respectively. You must be kidding, right?? Four first round picks and they get bounced in the first game of the NIT?? Nonsense. (and yes, I do know Noel didn't play)

I'm getting really tired of having to wade thru these spam posts to read the posts from real people - especially now that they are 3/4 of a screen long.
