IB just completely confirmed our suspicions....

then again, being from Boston, are any of us truly surprised by this?

Schedules will finally be released at 3:00 p.m. today. Early word is that FSU/Pitt is on Labor Day. We will open up the season at SCar on a Thursday night (August 29)...Clowney will run wild, and we host Miami for a Thursday night game on October 17.

The Miami game will be the 8 year anniversary of us beating Miami on Thursday night in Kenan, except it was Halloween. Cletus and some of his buddies were in town for that one, that's when they met my buddy Dirty Red...

We got a surprisingly favorable schedule for the second straight year. I don't know if the ACC is finally realizing we're the Duke/UNC of football or what, but it's a pleasant change from OU -> Clemson two years ago.

We're still going to struggle a bit (9-3, watching Clemson in the ACCCG) but the schedule makes it possible to improve on those expectations.

not in basketball. In fact football is the only sport they are not full acc members in. Assuming it's an ACC sport of course.

ND is more invested in ACC football than BC.

i know and that's great

but unless they are a member (in football) and playing 8+ acc games a year, then it will ALWAYS be on Notre Dame's terms to benefit ONLY Notre Dame

they are using us auggie. they used the big east and now they are using us. and you of all people know that of all the ACC teams, BC gains the MOST by playing Notre Dame all the time. we want to play them. our players (majority of them wanted to get Notre Dame scholarships, but weren't offered, so they settled for BC) want a piece of Notre Dame's ass every. fucking. year.

i just don't want the ACC to appear to be be Notre Dame's bitch the way the Big East was....
