The police affidavit lists Edwards and Chancey as black, and Jones as white.

So every time a black guy kills a white person, we're going to hear about it from every conservative news source there is?

15-year-old James Edwards Jr., tweeted, "With my n****s when it's time to start taken life's" -- a line from the Chief Keef rap song, "I Don't Like."
Back in April, he tweeted, "90% of white ppl (people) are nasty. #HATE THEM."
yep definately not a hate crime. a good talking to by Reverend Al should straighten that right out.

US sues Texas over new Voter Law
http://news.yahoo.com/justice-departmen ... 56129.html
In its ruling a year ago, the federal court in Washington said Texas failed to ensure that voters could obtain ID cards free of charge, noting that people would have to pay to obtain a certified copy of their birth certificate or other proof of their ID and travel to a state office to present it.
Critics argue that such conditions effectively deny voting rights to people without means.
The courts and the Justice Department have allowed voter ID laws in states that guaranteed that voters would face no additional costs as a result of the laws.
Voting rights lawyers have said they expect the Justice Department to sue other jurisdictions, possibly North Carolina over its new voter ID law, as it looks for ways to protect minority voters.

I'll highlight this sentence for you, gule
The courts and the Justice Department have allowed voter ID laws in states that guaranteed that voters would face no additional costs as a result of the laws.
Requiring people purchase a "voter ID" card or pay a fee before voting is something we call a POLL TAX. They were outlawed by the 24th Amendment.

Why should my father or anybody else have to pay to vote? If you are going to require ID's then all ID's should be free.

Re: Puterbac News Network and Political Discussion Thread
Yes, everyone should be allowed to vote. There needs to be no proof that the person who is voting actually is a citizen or that he has only voted once. So the "occasional" illegal votes, big deal. He's only going to cancel out one citizens vote thereby disenfranchising him. No big deal, the Republicans probably rigged the machines anyway.Owlman wrote:Why should my father or anybody else have to pay to vote? If you are going to require ID's then all ID's should be free.

Re: Puterbac News Network and Political Discussion Thread
Is it better to keep 100's of thousands of people who are American citizens from voting to prevent less than 100 (much less than that have actually been found) who shouldn't from voting? As if illegal aliens are going to risk getting caught by trying to vote. it's bullshit and it's shocking that people say this with a straight face. This isn't about preventing those that shouldn't from voting, it's about preventing people from voting against a particular party.
Why else would they not allow govt id's from universities but allow hunting licenses?

Re: Puterbac News Network and Political Discussion Thread
I don't know about other states, but to get a hunting license in Alabama, you have to use ID. With college IDs, you just have to be admitted to the school.
Free IDs are a small price to pay if this is an issue, but I don't know how big a problem it is nationally. I do know someone personally who places votes for all his non-voting relatives - which gives him 4-5 votes, and I know of someone on this board who votes for his mother.
I hate that politics is a part of the discussion. But there are people who look at this as a way to help their candidate - like some of the people who want to make it harder for overseas military to vote.

Race was injected into the Zimmerman case by politicians and the media. Zimmerman had no ties to talk radio, didn't post about killing black people on facebook or twitter, yet the media created the storm by altering evidence and creating a white hispanic.
The guys that killed the Aussie baseball player have all kinds of posts/quotes from rap music and admissions of wanting to kill whites....and the media/politicians/race baiters are stone silent.

You gotta be kidding. Zimmerman didn't get charged...with anything, even littering (shell casings, a dead kid's body etc). That's what brought on the circus.
You can't be tha-.....wait, nevermind.

Zimmerman didn't get charged
Turns out the local sheriff/DA knew what they were doing....but at least you got your circus/dog and pony show....try, try again.
Honest question....What was the bigger sin, Zimmerman not being charged w/anything....or.....the tampering of evidence by media?

Yes, bypassing the grand jury is the way the anointed do it. Hell, bypassing congress...the courts....it all fits in this new normal world of Obammer.

You mean the "honest" question you added after I had replied to your original post? tsk tsk
A dishonest (and busted) fim editor out of Miami is not "the media," any more than Pfc. Manning is the military. Or Peyton is the NFL.
well, that last one may be true

Hey, I thought rabies was easily treatable. But even so, I don't know these people and I don't really give a fuck. Most of you jackoffs scolding me for making a joke are the same ones openly and gleefully talking about nuking the middle east and killing millions of innocent people. All of you can fuck off. And anyway, my statement was true: You really shouldn't monkey around with rabies...
