A&M would have already declared him ineligible if they were going to. There also have been stories about autograph forgeries, Manziel only signing for charities, and non-profit going back to March. Plus a recent about him signing for a so called military charity and then finding out they were sold on eBay.

I think even if he did it, they don't have anything. Besides, Uncle Nate got this.

There is nothing in there defending him, just my personal analysis of the situation. A&M will have already been aware of the investigation, if the NCAA had real evidence they would be notified and he would be declared ineligible (pending suspensions and paying back the money). Maybe he did do it. His parents and reps certainly haven't painted a confidence inspiring picture of a family willingness to deal with any sort of "rules"
