I don't know if I would call a 6.4 rating out of 10, "rotten." Looks like a basic summer blockbuster flick to me.

Does Rotten Tomatoes let anyone vote who log in and post a review? If that's the case, I am not relying on it because I am sure it was flooded with these comic con losers who think the movie wasn't "true" to the comic Superman where casual movie watchers like me don't give a shit about that stuff.

A superman movie should have slightly higher expectations than a Vin Diesel, action summer blockbuster.

Rotten Tomatoes surveys a few hundred newspaper, net, and TV critics and gives the percentage of positive reviews. I'm not sure how they get the audience numbers.

not as good as what i was expecting from the jump

not as bad as RT is making it out to be either

marathonning through GOT season 3 & I know RW is coming up

if there is one overlying theme in this series, beyond the power & politics is that smashing chicks for love is a losing recipe

and it is doesnt even begin with Rob Stark, or Jaime & Cersei

it's Rhaegar running off with Ned Stark's sister (robert baratheon's betrothed)

how many people have died as a result of that move?

Also, so far, you have no good way to advance in the game without some magical shit on your side. Some dragons, a God who gives smoke murderers, something.

it's not really explained in the show.... in the GOT world, magic cycles off & on and is now just coming back to the realm

i.e. dragons were thought to be extinct but now they have come back

GRM drops hints throughout the book where even street performers (jugglers, flamethrowers etc.) are pulling off more fantastic feats than what they were previously capable of

This was just a fictionalized tale about the real Superman. Artistic license and all that.
