If that's you, you've certainly been hitting the training table hard since the last time I saw you...

If by training table you mean buffet then you would be right. I weigh around 185. That dude looks well over 2 bills to me.

at my fattest that guy out-weighs me by a good 30 pounds. That's apparently a new DG course near Auburn so I posted a pic. It looks like a very well maintained course.

What do you think about that Spring 77 box set? Do you think the sound engineering makes it appreciably better than something you could download off the net for free? $135 for 5 shows (with alot of overlap on some songs) seems kinda steep to me...

I haven't listened to it yet. Most of those shows are available in pretty good sounding versions anyway. I guess taking the shows from "A"s to "A+" would be worth it to some people.

To me, looks like that dude should pick up his blower (on he left) and get back to his grounds keeping duties.

after a little research that's a brand new course that appears to be pretty boring. if you're in teh Auburn area and are looking for a decent course your best bet may be Flat Rock (as in mule pissing on) Park in Columbus.

I thought NC had a lot of pine trees.

I would think that frisbee golf would require slightly more athleticism than, say, bowling, but I could be wrong...

Average course is a little over a mile long. If you throw like me figure walking 1.8 mi by the time you chase your discs from one side of the fairway to the other. Some courses can have some pretty steep elevation changes too. Add carrying an 8 to 10 pound bag of discs along with throwing 50 to sixty times it can wear you out. Or you can relax and drink a few beers and smoke up and just make a fun walk in the woods out of it. I've been playing a long time. I suck at it but I love it.

There's a disc golf course on Lake Russell GA that I see every time I visit my nearby farm.

Heh. I'll take that as compliment... I guess... Although I'm not sure I want tens of thousands of naked stoned hippies running around the lower 40.

I can't think of anything cooler than a bunch of stoned naked hippies gathered at my farm to party. But they do have to leave at some point

Dameyune Craig is recruiting like a man possessed in the Mobile area. In the last few days, the #9 DE and #19 LB from Prichard, as well as the #3 MLB from Mobile, all verbally committed to Auburn.

Of course, any or all of them could become the Dee Liner/Reuben Foster/TJ Yeldon/Brent Calloway/Cyrus Kouanjillo of the 2014 class. After all, outstanding brand new cars are always a factor in an 18 year old's decision making process. But it's nice to see the interest in Auburn anyway.

If a new car were a deciding factor, no doubt, Auburn would still have those players.

And if you remember, most of those were other teams's commits or leans before they flipped to Auburm and then to Bama (or Back to Bama, in two of those cases).

The fact is, for the player who treats college football as a stepping stone to the NFL (and, as such, a business decision), there can be no choice: Alabama has won three of the last four national championships and no one in the nation has won more games or had as many players drafted since 2008. Auburn, on the other hand has been in complete disarray. Despite one scandal-plagued year, Saban at Alabama will be facing his third different AU coach this year. Team issues, NCAA issues, coaches being fired, players leaving, and a three-win season in 2012.

If you're looking for answers for the flips and un-flips, look there.
