You can take solace in the fact that Obama agreed with you and came up with yet another redefinition of what the military tribunal is as well as an appeals court saying that all courts should go with a "pro government" assumption thatwhatever they say about an enemy...er...illegal combatant is true and nana booboo I'm rubber you're glue, whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you.

But in the end, a Gitmo detainee has a writ of habeas corpus from Boumediene v.Bush (which you don't give a fuck about because you know what an illegal combatant is)

SCOTUS also said that Kelo vs New London was Constitutional (which is beyond assinine) and Justice Roberts made the "fee" for those Obamacare Free-Riders a "tax" in order for it to be Constitutional (that would be the only way it COULD be Constitutional, and even then, its debatable!) They are political entities and they look at the Constitution in the scope of politics.

They are not the Commander-in-Chief. We have one government. The Supremes can say whatever they want about illegal combatants (and largely their response here is a total non-response as they don't even recognize any difference) but in the end, the President (be it Bush or Obama) sets the policy with regards to illegal combatans and the Supremes can screw. Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus during the Civil War and he didn't even have Cuba to deposit people he didn't like.
