I'll start with Owl's last point first...yes, that was around the time I just started skimming GB's posts. The credibility was by a thread before then, it went at the mercy of gravity afterwards.
On everything else, shit...my prayers and thoughts are with you and yours. I feared that was the reason you were LowPro the past month or two. I can't even imagine how tough it is, but it's a good thing you kept the pressure on so she has all the best care and attention she needs. That is a lesson for all, whether you are a doctor or not.
Rat, the same goes for you and all you've been shouldering the past (almost) year (if my mind is synchronizing right). We all goof around a lot on here and you push the pace more than probably anyone, but let me take a minute to seriously say you are a good son.
With that candid bit of sobriety out the way...let me say again, fuck Georgetown.

Thanks. If it wasn't for you idiots I might have lost it already. You're right. Its been a year since the cancer but 20+ for the parkinsons. She refuses to take chemo because of what it did to my dad & her sister. Plus, I don't think she can take it. I never thought she would live through my vacation last August but here she is. The most stubborn control freak Italian/Jewish mother you will ever meet.

damn, didn't even know spacer had been scarce. hope things work out for you and Rat. lost my mom to cancer when I was 25 and she was 57. just a horrible thing watching that consume someone you love. been trying to beat it by indulging in bad habits and dying young of something else but starting to think I'll be stuck here for a long time.
