Re: Florida State Seminoles
don't you sit around in the waiting room and fart uncontrollably for 20 minutes afterwards?
I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

I dont remember doing that but I probably did while I was asleep. I woke up and 10 minutes later was out the door on my way to the burger place across the street. No aftereffects.
U*NC is the cleanest most honest athletic program on the planet. I am jealous of their deserved success, and I'm a mewling cunt.

When was the pic taken? Also, I don't think she nor Mark Kelly were "anti-gun" at any point. They said they owned guns. It was about certain types of guns and the legislation needed to regulate them.
The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.

clearly it was taken before she was shot, she was actually a guest speaker at a gun club a few years agoBklyn wrote:When was the pic taken? but there is no grey area - if you stand up in front of congress and speak to them about limiting access to guns for law abiding citizens - you are not pro-gun in any sense of the word. Understandable given her situation but hypocritical to say the least.

Re: Florida State Seminoles
I don't get it. It seems you are going a bit into the "semantics" realm. My definition of "not anti-gun" allows for someone to own guns and still feel that there should be laws regulating and sometimes forbidding some guns from being in the hands of law abiding citizens. I actually think the list of people who feel that way generally is pretty long...and they are not hypocrites.
Also, changing your position as a culminating effect of genuine experiences and additional knowledge is not hypocritical in my book. I don't see Rob Portman as hypocritical. That's a hard line to take...and also why some politicians are afraid to change their position for fear of being labeled deficient in some manner, even when they truly and legitimately reach a different conclusion than they originally held.

Re: Florida State Seminoles
Gotta agree with Brook here, I don't see how being open to some kind of limitations on gun ownership automatically completely disqualifies you as pro-gun...

Agree with Brook. Not anti gun ownership, just anti crazy ass machine gun ownership.

Re: Florida State Seminoles
what makes her hypocritical is saying she isn't anti-gun.
but the gun that shot her was a glock 9mm - a gun that she owns btw.
Her views just aren't consistent , and I understand that getting shot in the head would motivate someone to act, even irrationally, but couple that with her asshat husband going out and buying an assault weapon before they are banned and I don't see how you can respect either one of them, nor can you trust what they say.

Re: Florida State Seminoles
It probably was.
I'm moving on, though. She's not THE poster child for reform nor is she able to exert any real political pressure. Tear her poster up or not, no matter to where the debate is headed.
Anyway...
HOLY SHIT, the SEC just hit SAC Capital with a $600M fine. The guy who runs the firm (Stevie Cohen) will just cut the check and move on. Baller.
Funny that this sorta all started with an extortionist rabbi in Brooklyn...
