Down on Houston? You're in the City this weekend...or just like Googling deli sandwiches (I hate them, personally)?

Me? I just post random shit I think is pretty cool. A good pastrami on rye is pretty damn cool. Katz's in New York is supposed to have the best.

Got it. I can't stand deli sandwiches...Katz, Carnegie, any of them. It's just too much meat.

I love Katz's and Carnegies. Among the celebrity photos in Katz's is one of Ron Jeremy holding his hands about yea wide, ostensibly indicating the size of the, um, sandwich he is about to enjoy...

In Charleston last weekend, we were sitting at this bar watching all the young uns in booths just sitting there texting nonstop. I mean literally for 15 - 20 minutes, they didn't say a word to each other, just sat there texting...

there are plenty of kids getting a good education at the high school level. That isn't to say there isn't an alarming % that are not, but the problem to me is, kids today don't want to be Engineers or Scientists. I'm not sure why. When I went to college, if you were serious about having a meaningful job, then that is the route you went. Of course there was accounting, finance...that branch was about becoming uber wealthy. I don't think the interest in that has died off.

I'd like to know what college degrees are growing in popularity over the last 20 years among American kids. Nursing?
