I can't understand that reasoning. We made the Elite 8 his freshman year and were odds on favorites to get the NC game his sophomore year until Marshall went down. He started from day 1 and was adored by most of the fans. I would say not having two 7 footers in the post would affect his decision more than something to do with Barnes, but then again, he could see that as an opportunity. It's not like he won't be getting plenty of attention and airtime if he goes to UNC. And of course, Roy can coax him with the "next Jordan" carrot...

He's having a solid rookie season and I suspect he'll get better. I doubt he'll ever be an all star, but he'll be a solid starter and earn $8-10 million a year...

Right now Barnes is the second best rookie on the court he is Golden state best wing defender, and his numbers match up with everyone outside of Lillard

Shame TMD doesn't post in here or he would had quickly let everyone know that Drummond is having a monster season, statistically. His rookie numbers, to 40 minutes, is in the range of Shaq's and The Admiral's rookie numbers.

Now that Noel will be back? Are you kidding? I've not seen nothing that gets a kid to cash in like an injury. Hate it for Noel and for UK fans, but if anything will focus a kid's mind on the real prize, it's a potentially career ending injury. And that real prize ain't college glory...
