Re: La Salle Explorers
Seriously, what's wrong the news peeps in this country? Are they so irrevocably predisposed to trying to exploit any and every so-called negative that they take the routine and make it seem like the apocalyspe? We've had an unsually cool May this year up until last week and these bastards are acting like a high of 91 today is some kind of indication that the Mayans were right! Oh, lawd! The end is near. Never mind that the humidity has been unsually low--like in the 30s for the last ten days--and that the wind velocitgy has been somewhere in the 20s for the past week-plus.
Idiots.
I really wish the dry desert-like weather results in a house fire in their pristene subdivision so that their so-called disbelief over average, at best, weather results in the discomfort they're trying to project upon others.
Bitchasses.
Drink some Gatorade and suck that shit up. People in Phoenix, Las Vegas and El Paso are fucking laughing at us.

LOL! Right. That's the irony. We've had desert-like weather for the past month, including unusually cool mornings for most of the month, and yet they still complain. Apparently, it's a "dry" heat is bullshit. Shocking.

If you want to get away from the wall-to-wall hotels/tourists/etc, take the ferry for a day trip over to Isla Mujeres, just north of Cancun. Very nice and laid back...

I threw up non stop on that Ferry, .Had my foot on the door so no one else could use the bathroom on the ferry the entire time. Once we got there I sat on a bench on the beach and threw up non stop the entire day. T
tequila is by far the worst hangover ......ever
I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

"Have you ever been to Cozumel?"
We already discussed that when you were contemplating doing the race down there. I can see my comments at that time made quite an impression on you...

Re: La Salle Explorers
I'll quote Judge Holden to give you some idea of what to expect:
"Weigh your counsel, Priest, he said. We are all here together. Yonder sun is like the eye of God and we will cook impartially upon this great siliceous griddle I do assure you."

Re: La Salle Explorers
I love Cozumel. Great snorkeling/scuba diving, very laid back atmosphere, plenty of places that are very un-crowded. The town gets busy during the day when the cruise ships unload, but they generally leave at the end of the day and the town has lots of good restaurants. One whole side of the island is virtually uninhabited, there are about 6 good eating/drinking spots during the day, then that whole side closes down at night. Where are you staying?
