Trust me. I had been trying to shit because it felt like it was there ready to go but couldn't get it to go. If I don't take at least one massive shit everyday ( and at least one shit every 12 hours) something is wrong with me. Also, I am typing that as I sit here at 4:35 a.m. pushing out more foul smelling sludge.
