All the way in the back, about 1/3 of the way from the right edge, just to the left of the heavy black guy in the blue shirt. The fight wasn't vintage Pacquiao, but Mosley had a safety-first approach and it was still cool to see Pac Man fight in person. The last fight on the undercard (Arce vs. Vasquez jr.) was a brutal war that was worth the price of admission.

So what's the best place to live between San Rafael, Novato, or Petaluma, CA?
Sure, I could have stayed in the past. I could have even been king. But in my own way, I am king.

I have lived in none of the above. I have a former coworker who lives in Novato and I've been to her place once. It (Novato) seemed nice. San Rafeal is the closest to San Francisco so it would be a little more convenient. Just don't cross the bridge to Richmond.

You plannin on movin out here?

Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

Yeah, DC is cool...

"So what's the best place to live between San Rafael, Novato, or Petaluma, CA?"

1, 3, 2, unless you like a bit more rural feel (although certainly with all the amenities you could want), then switch 1 and 2. Novato is a distant 3rd in any case. San Rafael is probably the most expensive. Winona Rider is from Petaluma...

I've been wanting to take the train to DC from Cinci for years but the timing and money never make sense.
I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

I went to undergrad there, so it was perfect for me. They have so many things to do for free (thank you Federal Govt). The zoo is free, many of the museums and the Summertime festivals and bizarres downtown were a great way to spend time or fill up a day with a date and not spend money.

The only thing that would drive most people crazy is how the streets are lined up when you're driving. L'Enfant and Banneker threw enough crazy stuff on the grid to confuse the most directionally sound of us.

I'm staying at the L'Enfant Plaza now (had a fire evacuation this am). Right on a hub of the metro.

I used to work at L'Enfant Plaza. We had a lumbie indian woman who worked with us who was famous for her malapropisms, she always referred to it as LeFlant...

"The only thing that would drive most people crazy is how the streets are lined up when you're driving."

I disagree. DC is set up in a perfectly rational grid of letters, numbers and quadrants, radiating out from the Capitol. Sure there are some diagonal streets, but many of those are major roads and therefor well-known, while the others can be easily located with reference to the numbered and lettered streets. Now then, when you start getting outside the grid, it's just like any other city, but a large chunk of DC is about the most easily navigable city I can think of...

I was speaking specifically about the circles that would almost bring my Aunt Bea to tears when she hit Logan Circle heading south on 13th St, only to get off the circle heading north on 13th St...
