Just think...

...if TOBy and NCState hadn't have fucked things up, Florida State would be in line to play Notre Dame for the National Championship. ACC would be back to respectability. Alas..... it appears the SEC will get it once again.

How is it respectable when two inferior teams play for a "championship", when everyone knows good and well that there are at least 3 SEC teams that would take either one of them to the woodshed?

Well, one of those three woodshed-ish SEC teams play FSU on Saturday so.....

...and for Notre Dame to be there, they would have had to beat Oklahoma (clobbered them), Michigan, Michigan State, the Pac-12 North leader Stanford, and USC. So, I don't know.

They didn't clobber Oklahoma, but it was still a good win, as was Stanford. We'll see how they do against a sub-par USC. Florida wasn't even one of the three SEC teams I was talking about. You might as well throw them in, too, as well as SC....

I would argue that Florida (this year) is every bit as good as Alabama and LSU. They did beat LSU. Had they beaten Georgia, they would be #1 in the country.
