You look at what you did to MSU in Starkvegas and it's probably more impressive than what we did to them in T-town. Drop 60-whatever on AU and have LSU down like you did.

We were flat against LSU and are more banged-up than anytime I can remember since 2007.

Congrats on a big win, Bammers. You won't even break a sweat again until the BCSCG, against either K-State or Oregon. Either way, you will now ensure that the SEC extends the NC streak.

Just to review a little recent history:

We won the game, and I'm thrilled, but we pulled this last-minute win outta our collective asses.

Or, as GBJ would say, "smoke and mirrors."

Anyway, a win is a win.

I had to work last night...watching the game on ESPNU right now. Just saw Yeldon's fumble near the goal line. If AJ handed the ball properly, that was a touch down. The whole right side of the line was wide open.

I knew what happened to end the game, but... That was a 14 point swing. I would say the truth is that stadium at night is worth at least a touchdown. I'd love to take in a game in Crimson Stick.

Smoke and mirrors is about right... only now our mirror is injured too.

And I'll surely take that win. Two very good teams, and we were lucky to come out ahead.

It was definitely the best LSU has looked this season offensively, but, two excellent teams.

...it was good to have the Hatter in our corner though.!!!

The game was never in doubt. The Saban was merely playing the Lucy to Miles' Charlie Brown, snatching the football from him at the last second, just to watch him fall on his back.

Have cleaned some of that up. Still some idiocy abounds. It can be a fun bunch at times, other times they make me want to rip, whats left of, my hair out.
Some good info. I just hate wading through all of the mostly childish gifs that everyone uses.

Just thought I would share this. At our watch party, similar reactions. After being so tensed up, when Yeldon crossed the goalline, I ended up pulling a muscle in my shoulder. From the high fives and slapping my nephew upside his head(he is a traitorous Aub that was gloating until then, so he deserved it).

Also, if you take the video identifier tag in a youtube link (in this case "5Jt2Z_VSKE4") and put it in youtube tags like so...

Code: Select all

...You can embed it directly in the post like so.
