My personal favorite case of rampant voter fraud by Democrats is the 2008 Senate election in Minnesota. 1,099 felons voted in an election Franken won by 312 votes. 177 people were convicted - not charged, but convicted - of voter fraud. That stolen election gave the Dem's the last vote they needed to pass Obamacare.

Yet they would have us believe that voter fraud, like the mafia, doesn't exist.

Well that and corrupt prosecutors in Alaska who helped Stevens lose the election there. Remember the judge there was furious with the misconduct and nothing ever should have been brought to trial.

You can't claim something as outrageous as "the president says the US should have their wealth redistributed to other nations" and not offer any proof. Yet you do this stuff all the time. Are you saying the mentally disabled should be disenfranchised from voting?

Conclusion

We can’t know until Election Day who is right. I stand by my view that Obama is losing independent voters decisively, because the national and state polls both support that thesis. I stand by my view that Republican turnout will be up significantly from recent-historic lows in 2008 in the key swing states (Ohio, Wisconsin, Colorado) and nationally, because the post-2008 elections, the party registration data, the early-voting and absentee-ballot numbers, and the Rasmussen and Gallup national party-ID surveys (both of which have solid track records) all point to this conclusion. I stand by my view that no countervailing evidence outside of poll samples shows a similar surge above 2008 levels in Democratic voter turnout, as would be needed to offset Romney’s advantage with independents and increased GOP voter turnout. And I stand by the view that a mechanical reading of polling averages is an inadequate basis to project an event unprecedented in American history: the re-election of a sitting president without a clear-cut victory in the national popular vote.

Perhaps, despite the paucity of evidence to the contrary, these assumptions are wrong. But if they are correct, no mathematical model can provide a convincing explanation of how Obama is going to win re-election. He remains toast.

I would say it depends on what level if mental disability there is. Do they actually know what they are doing or is someone just voting by proxy through them? And I've never been a big believer in insanity defense making you not guilty. Hell it makes you that much more unpredictable and dangerous.

Again...not to make light of anything, but the coverage was sensational as hell compared to much stronger storms that happen often in the gulf coast and below the mason dixon line.

I never said it was political. Is more to do with the fact that the media lives there and they are experiencing it which makes it a much bigger deal.

Thats fine, but that is the 538 he is talking about in his discourse.

I find it very hard to believe that D's are gonna show up in same levels or higher than in 2008. It defies logic, history, and the enthusiasm gap as well as independents being polled.
