Colorado, Oregon and (I think) Washington do have marijuana legalization measures on the ballot. Not looking good in Washington and Oregon, but they think it has a chance in CO....

I'm wondering how Romney would handle that dismantling of FEMA he proposed...by giving the money to the states and the private sector (the private sector?!?!?!?!). Does Jersey get 1/50th of the FEMA budget and the rest is on the citizens of the state to fund the clean up? Is Tony Soprano's debris removal contracting business going to pick up the slack of removing shipping containers off of the New Jersey Turnpike? Will it be the generous donations to the Red Cross that will get those coastal towns corrected?

I'm sure Mitt was only joking, considering that statement he made regarding FEMA was in January. He's found Jesus since then and can not be held accountable for his previous actions/statements.

I get having your team (Democrat. Republican) and riding with them, come hell or high water, but I really don't see a soul or conviction in Mitt Romney. If Mitt wasn't a Republican (and played everything the same way he has this campaign, but from the Left to the Center), people on the far right would be calling him the Anti-Christ.

someone mentioned the conflict of interest in a private industry in charge of disaster recovery. What decisions will they make based on maximizing profit and lowering costs?
