How do they report the early voting on election night? IIRC, they start showing the numbers with a "X number % of precincts reporting", and it's always a small number when they start, like 2%. But if 20% of the people voted early, how do they account for that on election night when they start reporting the results?
I want someone's ass blistered in the middle of Thanksgiving Square.
