missouri is so prolife prolife prolife to the point the republican who stuck his foot in his mouth still has a helluva chance. Missouri also is without a lot of manufactuirng union types

Ohio is much more prochoice with a lot of unions hence the 8% point difference

Rcp avg show oprama up 2.2 in OH but Romney up 10.4 in MO?

That seems like a huge disparity in two states that usually are pretty close with each other. Seems very very odd.
1 - the polling IS off. GOP pissing & moaning when Obama was running away with it a month ago has caused them to change protocols (which they will deny). My guess is that there is a severe underpolling of minorities and people who don't have landlines.

2 - Having lived in both, the difference in mindset between MO and OH is huge, even if the geographical difference is not. Shoot, even within OH, just the difference between Columbus and Cincinnati in terms of mindset is immense. MO is a mostly "southern" midwestern state, while OH is mostly an "eastern" midwestern state.
During a press conference later, O'Mara was asked if he had any advice for Zimmerman, and he answered, "Pay me."

More evangelicals and Mormons in Missouri. More Catholics, Jews, and less "fervent" Protestants in Ohio.

Post-debate prediction:

Conservatives and Fox will complain Schieffrer was unfair and that the questions were biased.

Truth is truth whether it's inconvinent or not.

There is no doubt Crowley just bald faced lied to try and help the president in the last debate. You can't spin that any other way but her not being able to take her Obama lapel pin off long enough to be moderator.

We shall see if this guy can do it.

Funny how they don't get people like Hannity to moderate the debates, he is just as impartial as Crowley. Libs would never stand for that though.

I woundn't want that but it would be fun to hear them.

Romney has used the word "tumult" at least 6 times tonight. Too bad that wasn't part of a debate drinking game...

Kinda surprised that Romney hasn't touched Benghazi at all. Must've gotten some intel that Obama's indignation on this point in the last debate touched a nerve...

Romney was all Dr. Feelgood tonight. Hard to get him to admit he'd do anything differently, only BETTER
