It's not like Baddour moved his retirement up by several years. He moved it up several months. They allowed him to serve the remaining months of his contract in a faculty position because he had dedicated over forty [40] years of his professional life to the university.
which part of Baddour simply moved up his retirement as AD and was given another position in the school, is at odds with what you are saying?

Yeah, it was OK. I'm not real excited about the little noodling guitar player they've been using for awhile now. I liked that run they did as The Dead with Warren Haynes. Those shows (that I saw) were better than many Dead shows I saw from '93 - '95. I heard alot of people saying they didn't like the incarnation featuring Haynes, but I couldn't disagree more...

I like The Dead w/ Warren, I like P&F better to be honest. I haven't been impressed with the Furthur shows I've listened to and just don't have any desire to spend the $50 in a ticket. I've been trying to see younger, more local bands lately (when I do go to a show) just a better return on my investment.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$

"This whole area of name and likeness and the NCAA is a disaster leading to catastrophe as far as I can tell," wrote Perlman, a former member of the NCAA Board of Directors and law professor specializing in intellectual property. "I'm still trying to figure out by what authority the NCAA licenses these rights to the game makers and others. I looked at what our student athletes sign by way of waiver and it doesn't come close."

I think the NCAA is going to be spending a lot of money in legal fees in the coming years
