If the Reds could pull a sweep off this weekend, I think they seal the deal for the division. Depending on what happens with the Pirates, it could be a 9-10 game lead by the end of the weekend if they pull it off and I don't see either of them catching them in September.

I had one of these.

Later I switched to LS and a TPX bat. I dont remember if it had a brand name or not, seems like it was just before the started releasing Omaha branded TPX bats. I probably still have it somewhere.

Even with a sweep they still make me nervous. I'll be ecstatic with 2 of 3. Surprised they sent Mesoraco down though. His bat sucked but I thought he called a good game.

I grew up in the era of wood bats. Aluminum came into to play around 8th grade or so. When I played in High School I was one of two who refused to swing one. Fuck trees. Wood bats are real baseball.
