I'm not bitter or anything
In most states, that land would remain hers and not be included in the settlement anyway unless she had actively done something to give you some part of a title to that land.

how is that possible? We are married. 2 years after she inherited the land, she dies, I don't own it as her husband?

By inheritance, although she can leave it to whoever she wants in a will because it's hers, not both of yours.

Community property states, gifts and inheritances are separate property so it would be his wife's. Common law it would go to whoever is listed as the owner, thus if it is willed to her, then its his wife's.

So say when my dad died he left me 5 mill while I was married for over 9 years. She has no claim to it? My lawyers suck!

In most states, yes. Unless you do something to make it community property.

Remember though, child support is completely different from community property. Your children are entitled to some of that.

The Change Up

If those were Olivia Wilde's breasts, then that movie was TOTALLY worth it. IDGAF how bad the story was.

If they were stunt titties, then one star.

Make her run some laps for snooping.

(titties is titties, true...but there is additional power to having a confirmed link with the areola and the face. It just matters to me)
