lol, yes I get your point. if that is my complaint then I have nothing to complain about, point taken. but I think you might agree that this policy is a bit ridiculous

there were 20+ kids there Saturday, all of them sitting on the floor of the post office, backs against the wall, watching each other for hours play their little video games on their iPads, iPhones, DS2s, or whatever

$110 for a passport now. was only $50 back in 2002. for the kids, theirs last only 5 years, and their are still $80 each.

do you have any idea what kind of special events/plans A&M officials have for the SEC opener against Florida on the 8th of September? I'd be willing to bet, you'll get the College Gameday crew

Nope. I have three tickets for sale, so hopefully anything and everything that can possibly be involved to build hype will be on the agenda.

I can't imagine standing in line for 2 1/2 hours at the Post Office. I'm not sure I've ever waited that long at the DMV.

we wanted to "make an appointment" to get this done, but because my wife and I both work, it had to be done on a Saturday. Precious few Post Offices handle getting passports for children, and even fewer offer that on Saturday. Those that do, you can't schedule an appointment. You show up and get in queue like a steer waiting to be butchered at the slaughterhouse.
