Savage, the founder of the “It Gets Better” anti-bullying project is facing criticism for delivering a Bible-bashing, profanity-laced speech to high school students attending a journalism conference sponsored by the National Scholastic Press Association and the Journalism Education Assocation.
The "anti-Bullying Champion" bullies Christian high school students. I love the "tolerance," "pluralism," "diversity," "inclusion" and "acceptance all points of view" by liberals. If he said that about the Koran or the Talmud, he'd be in jail facing trial for hate speech.

Direct quotes from Facebook...makes you understand why the female vote goes to Obammer.
The problem is for me that it's seldom a last resort...today our military and state department plans wars decades in advance. Its why I've never wanted to be in government...I'm don't have the stomach for war...I would always vote against it. I can't sort the issues, I can't determine a course of action based on what our leaders choose to tell us. I sincerely believe most wars are fought for reasons that have nothing to do with right and wrong. They are fought to divvy up the spoils among squabbling elites. Ordinary humans are at best irrelevant, at worst cannon fodder. I truly couldn't live with that on my conscience.
Yes Hitler was a monster, but I don't think the real reason we went into WWII was because he was killing Jews. Hitler was just the most useful boogie man of the hour. We went to gain power and influence over Europe. Don't you find it interesting that the military bases we established after WWII are still there. Since the Revolutionary War, our country has never been invaded by another...(at least I don't think we have, I'm not an expert historian)...so I guess I'd have to say we've never had a legitimate reason to fight.
….Just got informed that we were attacked at Pearl Harbor...I disremembered that. However I still think war is almost never about what they tell us it is.
(referring to Hitler)… I can't say...but I don't believe that's why we went into WWII. For me personally it's simple, I don't believe in killing period!
…I'm sure there are other examples where we were fully aware of atrocities committed against helpless people, but didn't come to the rescue. Yet we always have time, money, and lives to spend on wars that help no one but some damn corporations bottom line.
It was pointed out to me that we were attacked by the Japanese at Pearl Harbor...and we were. But then we proceeded to pound the shit out of them including perpetrating one of the most horrific acts of modern times at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I for one think it was overkill. War is the worst of mans sins, it brings its pain and sorrows on ordinary people for the enrichment of those who already have more than they need.

Re: Puterbac News Network and Political Discussion Thread
Toe,
I've actually read a couple books on this. The problem with women voting (and I'm being semi-serious here) is that women do not challenge each other. They don't challenge each other to think the way that men challenge each other (the way we challenge each other on this very board.) It is not in a woman's nature to make another woman feel bad about being a fool. Their alliance to each other's vaginas trump the electral impulses in their brains. As a result, we get these irrational facebook quotes from voting women who are simply not responsible enough to be trusted with the right to vote.
Another problem (and this was echoed in the very early 20th Century by anti-suffragists) is that the priorities when the two genders vote are completely different. When a man goes into a voting booth, he is going to cast his ballot for the candidate that he believes would best benefit his wife and his children. A man votes thinking about what is best for his family. OTOH, when a woman goes into a voting booth, she is going to cast her ballot for the candidate that she believes is best for women. A woman votes thinking about HER gender specific issues. And before Karen and smeee run over here to tear me a new one, I want the two of you to think for just a moment, ladies, what is a man's issue? There are many women's centric issues (equal pay for equal work, right to abortion, VAWA, ease of obtaining restraining orders for domestic violence, WIC & government checks for illegitimate children, no-fault-divorce where 80% of divorces are initiated by women, etc.) These are women's centric issues where goverment must step in to make them "whole" almost always at the expense of men, issues that women often use to guide how they vote in November. Ladies, name one man's issue where government must step in for him (at the expense of women?) There aren't any of these.
But men must register for selective service and we can (and have) died for our countries (in some cases, against our will.) This has NEVER been the case of women in Western Civilization.
When I read that crap that Toe copied, it really makes me think that although giving women the right to vote was well intended, I think we have 100 years of data to show where we might have gone off the deep end. If women couldn't vote, we wouldn't have to worry for even a second that our misery-imposing anointed one would win re-election, Mitt Romney would win in a landslide. And we'd all be much better off for it.

If you poll married women, almost (but not quite) 50% of married voting women, will vote GOP. Marriage makes it a wash. All the single ladies? Its like 85% to 90% of unmarried women vote for Democrats. Since they are not made "whole" by having loving husbands, their concerns are what-can-government-do-for-me?
There is a young divorced woman that I work with and she and I were talking about this election. The whole idea of voting GOP never crossed her mind, not for a second. I asked her why she is votign for Obama, what does Obama have that Romney doesn't? She said that she is voting for the person who would give her the most "stuff." And she assumes that is Obama. So I look at her and I asked her to think about what JFK said, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." And she said, who is JFK, sounds like another Republican who wants women to all die giving birth to children. I look at another guy sitting in his cube and he starts to laugh, I just start shaking my head, and she just smiles and does the cute-ditzy-girl-thing "wha... what did I say? Are you guys teasing me?" I hope to God she doesn't vote but I know she does.

This whole administration has added almost NO VALUE. If they had just stayed the fuck out of the way, we'd be so much better off. Now they are running political campaign messages saying that they got bin Laden and if Romney was President, he might not have ordered bin Laden's execution. Are you kidding me? Like Willard Mitt Romney (a man who's religion actually believes in The Attonement of Blood) would not have ordered bin Laden executed.10ac wrote:Toemeesleather wrote:Knew this had to happen...this is the guy that said..."you round up the first 5 guys you find and crucify them".
