Hopefully, because it is been blowing ash for longer than a week, the pressure would be partially relieved and the impending eruption might not happen. If it does erupt, it is only 40 miles from Mexico City.
If it does blow, I am one of us on this board who is young enough to have a memory of Mount St Helens....

At any moment, Mount Rainier could remove the city of Seattle from the face of the Earth.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Not all volcanoes are the same
Sure, I could have stayed in the past. I could have even been king. But in my own way, I am king.

Yes, PoPo has been doing this for years...I've been going to Mex for about 15 years and it does this periodically. I believe ash has closed the airport once since I've been going down there. Lets off steam constantly and no bulges.
I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's.

Me, too.
And on a clear day, I can see Mount St. Helens from my house.

For reasons that I foget, the people close to the volcano didn't hear the explosion. The sound was directed up.

On a clear day, 10ac can "See Rock City" from his house.
