The book is worth reading but, not great or must read.

Dick Clark is now hosting AB and Pyramid in heaven

Well, the bottom line is, nobody's twisting anybody's arm to eat there. Besides, how is it different from some other restaurants other than the way they are promoting it?

Thank god for that expose'! I might have inadvertantly stopped by their establishment and not know what I was getting into. Another close call averted...

everyone come clean. do your wives actually watch this shit? new season starts in a few hours

apparently, this one is a bit more subdued (less superficial) because she's a mom and she is genuinely looking for a husband and father for her daughter. that much ABC has confirmed, of course they haven't filmed the overnight dates yet so the nonsense drama might still be coming

My wife watches some, but not every episode. I laugh my ass off at most every "reality" show.

If anyone likes silent movies or movies with a lot of historical value, Paramount has released a restored version of the film Wings for the first time on DVD/Blueray in honor of the studio's 100th anniversary. for those who don't know, this is the film that won the very first Best Picture Oscar.

The films looks absolutely fantastic. The story's pretty basic, standard wartime stuff. The dogfight footage, the huge battle scenes, and a lot of the trick photography are all really amazing for a movie made 85 years ago. Real planes are used, no models or miniatures. The two main actors took flying lessons and filmed themselves in the cockpits. The documentaries included on the making of the film are extremely interesting too. Would highly recommend a viewing if you're into really old films, war movies, or just historical curiosities.
