"We've seen what Roy does when he doesn't have a loaded team. Hello N.I.T."

You mean like in 2006 when he took a bunch of freshmen (including Bobby Frasor and Marcus Ginyard), Rayshun Terry and Wes Miller into Rupps and beat UK? Yeah, we've seen that...

And IIRC, that NIT team you referred to took a loaded UK team to the final buzzer in Rupp in 2009, eventually losing by 2 after being down 20...

Michael Kidd-Gilchrist to enter draft
Updated: March 22, 2012, 5:36 PM ET
By Chad Ford | ESPN.com

Kentucky freshman forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist will enter the 2012 NBA draft after the Wildcats' season ends, multiple sources told ESPN.com on Thursday.

"He hopes he'll be able to announce right after they win the NCAA championship," one source said. "But even if they don't win it all, he's coming. He knows he's going to be a top-5 pick. He can't pass that up."

Back in early March, Kidd-Gilchrist told reporters that he would forgo the lures of the draft and stay in school.

"I'm graduating here," he said then. "I'm not going anywhere. I'm staying at Kentucky."

The 6-foot-7 Kidd-Gilchrist is averaging 11.8 points and 7.6 rebounds in 31.3 minutes per game.

"He's the type of kid that you always want on your team," one NBA general manager said. "Coaches love him, his teammates love him and he does all the little things that matter on the court. He cares about winning and that's it. I doubt he ever looks at a box score."

The only question is, will Teague and Lamb stay. Not sure what either one of those cat's draft status is, but unless Cal signs that Nerleen kid as well as Shabazz, UK is going to be pretty thin next year...

I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

WIth Louisville winning over Michigan St, its going to be ugly for UK fans if we were to lose tomorrow night.

we won't be giant killers but we'll be OK. We've already got some very good guys coming in, plus the PG from NC St .

Is Louisville this years UConn? Played like shit late in the season, then catches fire in the conference tournement. I'm dumbfounded the way they manhandled Sparty.

Agreed. Although its not like they aren't playing good d either in spells. osu has made some nice shots and have ruled the glass. Keep an eye on this Florida-Marquette game. Almost as good.as UC-FSU from last week.
