If he was single, no kids, and with health problems, I'll bet dollars to doughnuts there's no life insurance. ATM, the funeral home could put you in touch with his family to see if there's a fund for the costs. If there's enough money for the funeral, then there's a zillion worthy causes we could contribute to, Baseball Community Funds, NFL charities, Boys and Girls Club, just to name a few.

It was a real jolt to hear the news about Hizzy. I really enjoyed his sense of humor and insight, as well as his ability to banter while always managing to maintain the same easygoing demeanor despite the general idiocy going on around him. Really sad news.

Watching Metzger vs. Mook. First full game I've watched this year because college basketball doesn't matter until now. Id like to see Duke compete in the Big East. Coach k would have been dead by now.

Cinci won but that game was painful to watch. They virtually had no inside game and UL is a small team.

Fortunately UL couldn't throw it in the ocean.
